What we do

AI in the work first. Then software you own.

AI integrations and AI-integrated software lead; web design and SEO support them. Start at whichever step you are on. We map the workflow first, choose the tools second, and a person stays responsible for every step that matters.

  1. A chain of five linked nodes — inbox, chat, processing, database, done — with a pulse traveling along it.

    AI integration

Start with the work that repeats.

Erica, connected to the tools you already run: she answers, drafts, sorts and follows up, set up with your own services, prices and policies, and a person approves anything that matters.

    AI integration
  2. A browser window with content cards being arranged into its layout, and a key icon at the corner.

    AI-integrated CMS

Put the AI inside a system you own.

A content platform your team runs, with Erica built in for drafts and SEO suggestions. Nothing is published without a person, there are no per-seat fees, and the source is yours.

    AI-integrated CMS
  3. Three stacked dashboard layers joined by vertical light beams, suggesting multi-tenant copies.

    AI-integrated SaaS

    Eventually it becomes the product.

The system you run your business on is often something others in your trade would pay for. Inerica POS started that way and is now running at two businesses; HaulCore is in development.

    AI-integrated SaaS
  4. An audio waveform flowing into a phone showing a booked calendar slot.

    Communication workflows

Calls and texts get a clear handoff.

We set up what happens when someone calls or texts: the details are confirmed, the message is routed, and the right person on your team picks it up.

  5. A city grid seen from above with a glowing map pin, a search bar and a rising chart.

    Web design, SEO & GEO

And people still have to find you.

Supporting the rest: a fast site, local search, your Google Business Profile and GEO so AI search can cite you, with a monthly report you can read.

    Web design, SEO & GEO

You own the site and the code.

You pay for the build once. The monthly plan (marketing, Erica and the automations) can stop whenever you like, and the site and the code stay yours.

What could AI automate for you?

Pick one task and enter your own numbers. We don't add any: the result is your assumptions multiplied out, so you can see what is worth a conversation.

Common questions

What does it cost?

Websites from $1,500 one-time; full monthly plans from $499/mo for the first year ($998/mo after) when you sign by July 5, 2027, or a single service from $299/mo. Every project is scoped and quoted before any work begins, and the number does not move afterwards. You can stop the monthly plan at any time; the site and the code stay yours.

How long does it take?

Most websites launch in about two weeks; we work to a 14-day target. Larger builds, such as custom software or a POS install, get a dated schedule before work starts.

Do I really own the code?

Yes. On handover you receive the complete source code, the database and the deployment docs. No lock-in and no per-seat fees — host it yourself or take it to any other developer.

Who maintains it after launch?

We do, on a monthly plan — updates, security patches, content and the automations. If you would rather maintain it in-house, you can: you have the source and the docs, and there is no clause that stops you.

Where is it hosted, and who controls that?

On infrastructure in your name wherever possible, so the hosting account, the domain and the DNS belong to you rather than to us. We manage it while you are a client and hand over the credentials whenever you ask.

What happens to my site if we part ways?

It keeps serving. You already own the code, the data and the hosting, so ending the monthly plan stops the work we do — it does not switch anything off. We export everything, transfer any account still in our name, and stay available for the handover.

Who owns the data you collect for me?

You do. Customer records, leads, call transcripts and analytics are yours, exportable on request and at handover. We process them on your behalf under the Data Processing Agreement in the onboarding pack, and we do not sell them or use them to train anyone's models.

How is it secured?

TLS everywhere, server-side rate limiting on every public form, no secrets in the browser, and a content security policy that blocks third-party scripts we have not allowed. Access to your systems is per-person and revocable.

What exactly is Erica?

Erica is the assistant we set up inside your workflows — it drafts, sorts and answers routine questions, and a person approves anything that matters. It is software, and it says so at the start of every conversation.
